Jeremy J. Sartin

It all started in Nashville, TN where I was born and raised.  Growing up around so much music was a blessing and my love for it has only grown.

While growing up I was involved in as many types of performance as possible.  I was a member of my church choir, school choir, forensics speech and drama team, school drama club, local community theatre, programs like Odyssey of the Mind and Destination Imagination as well as playing football and as many other sports as you can think of.  Needless to say I stayed pretty busy.  It wasn’t until about my junior year of high school that I decided acting would be my career choice and not just a hobby like my parents hoped.  But when I received a full tuition scholarship there’s not much the ‘Rents can argue about :)

After High School I moved to Northern Kentucky just south of Cincinnati where I attended and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from Northern Kentucky University.

After College graduation I got a job as an acting apprentice at the historic Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia and made the move north.

I fell in love with Philadelphia and made it my home base for three years while I worked regionally all around the country from Montana, to Chicago, to Arizona.

I finally made the move to New York City in May 2010 and have enjoyed every bit of it (Even getting shot at in Harlem).  Now me and my cat call Astoria home while I’m auditioning and once again working around the country all in the pursuit of my dreams!
